Digital & Shipping Policy
All products from The Home Winemaking Guide are digital products only. No physical item will be shipped to your address.
How Your Order Is Delivered
Once your payment is successfully completed, your guidebook and any included digital resources will be delivered through:
- Your order confirmation page
- A download link sent to the email used at checkout
- Your customer account, when available
Delivery is usually instant, although it may occasionally take a few minutes for your confirmation email to arrive.
Check Your Email
Please use a correct and active email address during checkout. If you do not see your order email, check your spam, junk, promotions, or updates folders.
Download Problems
If your download link does not work, a file is missing, or you entered the wrong email address, contact us with your name and order details so we can help restore access.
Digital Product Notice
Your purchase may include guidebooks, wine recipes, batch planners, fermentation references, checklists, tasting sheets, or other downloadable resources. These files are provided for personal use only and may not be copied, resold, shared, or redistributed.
